Before completing the checkout process, please kindly double check that your shipping address is correct.  

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout and the parcel has already been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.  Undeliverable parcels that are returned to us will incur an additional fee, which includes the return shipping cost and the cost to re-ship the parcel to the correct address.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Current processing times are 1-3 days, and may vary depending on the volume of orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please note that during peak periods, such as the holiday season, your parcel may take longer than usual to arrive.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed:  Please note that the delivery dates have been estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.  Circumstances such as bad weather and the holiday season may result in delivery delays.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.  Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.  We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates vary depending on the size of the order and your location. Express shipping is available to select countries at checkout.

Please note that the customer is responsible for taxes, customs, duties and/or any other fees imposed by the destination country.  We are  not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Delayed orders.

International packages have been known to take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive. Your destination country may choose to hold your parcel for inspection, which may cause delays and are out of our control.  If the parcel has arrived in your destination country and is delayed, please contact your local postal service with your tracking details as they will be able to determine the best means of receiving your parcel.  Please note that after the shipment has been dispatched, your parcel is in the care of the relevant postal services.
