As a therapist with years of experience working with couples, I have observed what truly helps relationships thrive and what can gradually drive them apart.  I created The Year Before Marriage premarital planner to provide engaged couples with the tools they need to build a strong, lasting foundation, especially for those who may not have access to premarital counselling due to cost or availability.

This planner was born out of countless real conversations with couples navigating everything from communication struggles, to life transitions, to the big (and small) decisions that shape a shared life.  It is practical, honest, and designed to foster the kind of connection that sustains a relationship. 

Marriage requires effort- always. However, when you are equipped with the right tools and have a deeper understanding of each other, that effort becomes meaningful for both of you.
